💎General Rules for Roleplay

GENERAL RULES

GR.1 Age Requirement: Over 18 only. Exceptions may be made based on previous roleplay experience and a vouch from someone who is currently an active player in city.

GR.2 Microphone Requirement: A working microphone is mandatory for all players.

GR.3 Language Usage: English is the only language allowed for both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC) communication. (phrases are acceptable)

GR.4 Respectful Behavior: Respect is essential. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, and religious discrimination are strictly prohibited.

GR.5 No Forced Erotic Roleplay: Forced erotic roleplay is not accepted within the server.

GR.6 Toxicity: Any form of toxic behavior after eliminating another player is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of '/me' is only allowed for role-playing purposes; any misuse for toxic behavior will result in punishment.

GR.7 No Abuse Outside the City: Abusing other players outside of the city limits is not tolerated. Please refrain from using the Arcadia RP Discord or messaging other players to engage in abusive behavior.

GR.8 Strict Policy Against Threats: Threats, such as doxing or harm towards others, will result in an immediate ban.

GR.9 Zero Tolerance for Cheating: Cheating, exploiting, or using third-party applications is strictly forbidden and will lead to a permanent ban. GR.10 Resource Packs: Resource packs that enhance graphics are allowed. However, resource packs with extreme saturation, sky packs, re-shade, stretched resolution and tracing are prohibited.

GR.11 No Real-World Trading: Real-world trading is punishable and will result in a permanent ban

GR.12 No Server Advertising: Advertising other servers is not allowed GR.13 Binds and Their Limitations: Binds are allowed but must not be abused. if caught abusing such binds such as emote cancelling, not abuse /e pushups or /e sleep will result in punishment GR.14 Realistic Driving: Jumping cars off cliffs or attempting to climb cliffs in unsuitable vehicles like sports cars is prohibited. However, jumps off buildings are permitted if they maintain a level of realism.

GR.15 Misuse Of Report System: Don’t misuse the report system in city making e.g. making a report because you got run over GR.16 Promoting Social Media Videos: You are welcome to share your gameplay videos on social media platforms. However, please note that Frag Movies (PVP videos) are not endorsed by Arcadia RP, and it is advised not to include 'Arcadia RP' in such videos GR.17 Streaming Platforms TOS Players must follow all streaming TOS (E.g. Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/terms-of-service/)

GR.18 DMing Staff: DO NOT DM Staff unless they themselves ask you to do so. Use our ticketing system.

GR.19 Going AFK: If someone is in game and goes in head they are fully responsible of any outcome that might occur to them.

GR.20 Reporting Bugs If you see a rule break, it is not an option but a responsibility to open a ticket and report what you have witnessed or heard as failure to report may result in you being punished.

RDM/VDM

RV.1 Following Instructions: when someone is following your instructions you are not allowed to kill them

RV.2 No Random Killing: Randomly killing other players without a valid reason is not allowed. RV.3 No Vehicle as a Weapon: Using your vehicle as a weapon to harm players or anything other than its intended purpose is prohibited.

RV.4 Initiation for Hostile Roleplay: Before engaging in hostile roleplay, you must verbally initiate and have a valid reason for doing so.

POWERGAMING

P.1 No Forced Bank Withdrawals: Forcing players to withdraw funds from their bank accounts is not allowed.

P.2 No Forced Vehicle Inventory Withdrawals: Forcing players to withdraw funds or items from vehicles stored in their garage is prohibited.

METAGAMING

M.1 Third-Party Applications: Using third-party applications such as Discord

M.2 Outside Information: Using outside information to benefit yourself in-character is not permitted.

NEW LIFE RULE

N.1 Memory Loss Upon Death: When you die ("see the light"), you lose all memory of the last scenario.

N.2 Returning to the Same Roleplay Situation: Even if revived by EMS, you must not return to the same roleplay situation where you died you must wait till the scene is over.

N.3 Regaining Memories: After experiencing "seeing the light," you may regain partial understanding of the events that transpired if someone who was present during the same scene reminds you of what occurred. This interaction can provide you with some recollection.

N.4 DOA (Dead On Arrival): Once you have been second staged and you are on the respawn page you are considered DOA and must see the light unless involved in a situation where you aren't supposed to see the light. HELICOPTER RULES

H.1 Licensed Pilots Only: Only individuals with a valid server-issued pilot license are permitted to operate helicopters. Unauthorized use will result in confiscation and administrative action.

H.2 No-Fly Zones: Helicopters are prohibited from flying over government facilities, police/EMS, banks, and designated event areas unless staff approved.

H.3 Altitude Requirement: When flying over the city, helicopters must maintain a minimum altitude of 200m unless actively landing or taking off.

H.4 Landing Restrictions: Helicopters must land only at airports, helipads, or clearly safe open spaces. Landing on roads, highways, or rooftops without justified roleplay is not permitted.

H.5 Roleplay Purpose: Helicopter use must always serve a realistic roleplay function such as transportation, aerial patrol, or medical evacuation. Using helicopters to escape roleplay consequences (police, combat, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

H.6 Emergency Services Use: Law Enforcement and EMS are allowed to deploy helicopters for pursuits, surveillance, and rescue. They must communicate their purpose over radio (e.g., “Air-1 in pursuit”). Abuse will lead to disciplinary action within the department.

H.7 Civilian Helicopter Ownership: Civilians may only own helicopters purchased through in-game dealerships. Possession of stolen helicopters will result in in-character charges and possible asset seizure.
