Criminal and Police Roleplay 
CP.1 Police Corruption: Police corruption is allowed BUT you must speak to STAFF first to get all clear
CP.2 Evading Police Chase: During an active police chase, you may not hide your car in a garage or run into a house or apartment. Doing so will result in your car or property being subject to a raid. Once you have successfully evaded a police officer chase you may safely store your vehicle, but please exercise reasonableness.
CP.3 Robbing Police Officers of Their Gear: Criminals are allowed to rob cops for craft-able equipment ONLY. Stealing items designated as police department (PD) equipment is strictly prohibited
CP.4 No Cop Baiting: Engaging in cop baiting solely for the purpose of gaining the attention of the police is not allowed.
CP.5 Third Partying: you are prohibited to involve an external party while engaging in hostile activity with the police. For instance, this could involve seeking assistance from individuals outside the situation, such as calling upon members from another group.
CP.6 Arrest Boundaries: No holding up individuals to extract someone from the PD. Police escorts to the prison are allowed at the discretion of the PD to provide an opportunity for friends to facilitate their release.
CP.7 LSPD/EMS Fund Transfer: LSPD/EMS personnel are allowed to transfer funds from their LSPD/EMS character to other characters.
ROBBERIES
ROBBERIES R.1 Authentic Hostages: Hostages must be genuine and not your friends.
R.2 Demands Limit: While demands are allowed, each demand must be presented with a corresponding hostage. (e.g. if you have three hostages you have 3 demands)
R.3 Maintaining Attention During Robberies: If police notice that you are not actively holding a gun to a hostage's head for extended periods, they may find an opportunity to breach the store or bank.
R.4 Ransom for Hostages: Hostages can be traded for a maximum of $25,000 as ransom. in saying this you are NOT ALOUD to grab random people and hold them for ransom.
R.5 Timing of Robberies: Starting a bank, store, or house robbery should not be initiated 30 minutes before or after server restarts
R.6 Robbing at Jobsites: You cannot rob people at jobsites.
R.7 Robbing at Legal Business: You cannot rob people at legal business
R.8 Scamming: Scamming people is limited to 250K
R.9 Timing of Killing: No Hostility should not be initiated 30 minutes before or after server restarts
EMS
EMS E.1 EMS Authority in Medical Treatment: EMS personnel have the final say in determining your medical treatment. Forcing EMS at gunpoint to get you back on your feet and continue playing would be considered fail roleplay.
E.2 Forced ERP: sexually explicit comments or actions is strictly prohibited e.g. my dick fell off can you fix it
KOS
KOS K.1 Players are allowed to engage in 'Kill On Sight' (KOS) activities within Cayo Perico, Boat Carrier, and designated redzones.
K.2 Gang Clothing Usage: Gangs must not wear other gang's clothing from the clothing store. However, they may roleplay stealing another gang's clothing from a player for a valid roleplay reason
K.3 Gang Clothing Colors: Different types of gangs (motorcycle clubs, mafia organizations, street gangs) may use the same color for their gang clothing. Different clothing styles, such as MC vests and casual attire compared to suits and formal wear for the mafia, should be sufficient to distinguish between them.
K.4 Maximum Player Limit: Gang membership is subject to tier caps: Tier 1 gangs can have a maximum of 15 members, Tier 2 gangs can have up to 20 members, and Tier 3 gangs can have a maximum of 25 members. Gangs exceeding their respective tier limits will be subject to penalties, including potential disbandment.
K.5 City Crafter: Affiliated players must be in colors if they intend to rob a player at this location. Players can rob at this location at any time. Players cannot rob and KILL you. However, they are allowed to kill you and rob your body if you fail to fear for your life.
